Detail：

3. The rolling die (roller) is made of high-strength die steel with HRC of 56 ~ 60o, all of which are processed by CNC machine tools, with accuracy of grade 6 ~ 7 and surface roughness of 0.8 Above, the forming size and the surface of the formed workpiece shall be free of scratch.
4. Transmission part: it is the transmission part of the forming power of the production line. Its power is transmitted from the main motor to the reduction gearbox, and then transmitted to the driving wheel through the chain. 5. Fixed length cutting part: it is composed of fixed length device and shear mechanism. The length fixing device determines the length through machinery. When the formed sheet metal reaches the fixed length, it controls the cylinder positioning through PLC to cut off the product.
6. Material support frame: roller is used for material support. This device is arranged reasonably according to different product lengths behind the forming machine.
7.
