Suitable material for production: C & Z Purlin mainly use hot roll steel strip or hot dip galvanized steel strip at thickness 1.5-3.2mm. It is roll formed by C or Z shape roll forming machine.

Detail:
1. Positioning plate of the machine: adjust the position of both ends to make it conform to the feed width. Moreover, it is equipped with guide frame and guide roller: it plays the role of supporting the progressive conveying of material roll, so as to ensure that the process of material roll is uniform and flat without folding.
2. The forming host machine base adopts 100x100x4mm square tube, the frame adopts integral fixed archway, the two sides of the side plate are finished, and the supporting part adopts the most high-quality bearings in China. The host machine has good rigidity and stable structure.
3. The rolling die (roller) is made of high-strength die steel with HRC of 56 ~ 60o, all of which are processed by CNC machine tools, with accuracy of grade 6 ~ 7 and surface roughness of 0.8 Above, the forming size and the surface of the formed workpiece shall be free of scratch.
4. Transmission part: it is the transmission part of the forming power of the production line. Its power is transmitted from the main motor to the reduction gearbox, and then transmitted to the driving wheel through the chain. The driving wheel is driven through the excessive gear to make the upper and lower rolling rollers rotate synchronously.
5. Fixed length cutting part: it is composed of fixed length device and shear mechanism. The length fixing device determines the length through machinery. When the formed sheet metal reaches the fixed length, it controls the cylinder positioning through PLC to cut off the product.
6. Material support frame: roller is used for material support. This device is arranged reasonably according to different product lengths behind the forming machine.
7. Electric control system: the whole production line adopts centralized control, the components adopt imported and domestic top-grade products, or designated by the customer, and the pneumatic components adopt brand. The installation of electric control components of the equipment shall comply with national regulations, with clear line number, reasonable departments and bureaus, clean control panel and clear signs.
