How to use roll forming machine
You should first loosen the nut that secures the guard to the top of the roll forming machine. To do this, you need to place a sleeve that matches the protective bolt on the 3/8-inch drive ratchet. You should lift the protective cover to remove it from the top of the roll former.

To remove metal shavings and any debris that may be present in the rollers, you should use an air hose to blow off the area between the rollers. You should also spray the rollers with cold air and lubricant. This is to prevent corrosion of the roll.

When everything is ready, you should slide the shield back onto the studs and tighten the bolts you loosened. You should check the protective cover and make sure that no part of the protective cover falls into the feed area of the machine.
