The fire damper production line series consists of functional components such as uncoiler, roll forming host, and fixed-length cutting. It can be combined according to customer requirements to meet the requirements of different types of valve bodies.

In order to meet different production requirements, this fire damper frame manufacturing equipment designs and produces two kinds of frame products, one is a new integrated hand-folded frame, and the other is a TDF corner riveted frame. Therefore, fire dampers can be produced through the efficient application of new technologies, and can also meet the requirements of traditional processes.

Fire damper frame line adopts Panasonic PLC control and LCD touch screen to realize man-machine dialogue. The operator can automatically run and monitor the control process through the set program, realize the operator to control the production line and modify the control parameters, and real-time monitor the equipment operation status, operation parameters and fault indication.
