1.First of all, choose a flat table, put the machine stable, you can pull the chassis foot to make the machine panel easy to observe. Insert the plug of the handheld sensor head into the socket on the panel and tighten it, taking care to locate the gap.
2.Secondly, plug one end of the power cord into the socket on the rear board of the chassis, and plug the other end into the power supply socket. Be sure to use single-phase three-wire power supply. Then open the "POWER main switch (POWER SW.)" on the back of the chassis, press the "power switch (SWITCHING)" key on the panel, and wait for the" WARM UP "green indicator to light up, the machine can work. Press and hold the "SETTING BUTTON" key to set the appropriate value, generally between 0.5-2.0 seconds.
3.Put the sensor head on the container cover again, press the start button on the handle, then the red indicator light of "HEATING" indicates that it is HEATING, do not remove the sensor head, and remove the sensor head after the red indicator light of "heating" is off.
4.Finally, after the "WARM UP" green indicator lights up or the buzzer in the machine makes a short "beep" prompt, the next container can be sealed. Check the sealing quality, according to different materials, diameter of the container and production efficiency, appropriate dressing of the "SETTING BUTTON" key, so that the sealing quality is better.
