一. Quality requirements and objectives
1. For lateral and longitudinal anti-seismic supports, the installation vertical angle of the diagonal bracing should be 45° and not less than 30°.
2. When the stiffening device is installed, the installation position and quantity of the stiffening device should meet the standard.







二. Operation points
1. It is strictly forbidden to force the anti-seismic support to squeeze other pipelines or change the angle of the vertical boom during installation.
2. The use function of other pipelines and the anti-seismic effect of the anti-seismic support shall not be affected.
3. When the anti-seismic support is installed, the thread of the boom should be complete.
4. The connection between bolts, hex nuts and booms should be firm and stable.
三. Develop preventive measures for common quality problems
1. When installing the anti-seismic support, it is necessary to strictly implement the design requirements and the provisions of the construction acceptance specification.
2. Ensure the firmness and anti-seismic effect of the support. If the size or position of the pipeline changes, modify the design of the anti-seismic support after the consent of the designer.
3. Understand the floor thickness of the floor where the installation work is being done, so that the bolts can be installed without penetrating the floor to ensure the effect of the bolts.
4. The anchor bolts for installing seismic support can only be fixed on shear walls, beams or steel structure beams, and load-bearing columns. It is strictly forbidden to install diagonal braces on building structures such as brick walls.
四. Safety requirements
1. Adhere to the safety disclosure system, safe operation of construction machinery, safety of high-altitude operations, temporary use of electricity for on-site construction, and wearing safety labor protection supplies.
2. In order to ensure the safety of the production and installation of the support and hanger: in accordance with relevant safety regulations, the construction and production shall be strictly in accordance with the safety operation regulations.
3. Special positions such as electricians must hold certificates and install in strict accordance with the construction process.
4. For night construction, there should be sufficient lighting equipment on the working surface.
5. And construction equipment and lighting electricity should be wired by professional electricians.
五. Environmental protection
1. The anti-seismic support is uniformly produced, and the anti-rust and paint treatment are uniformly carried out to avoid secondary pollution to the walls and floors of civil engineering.
2. During the production and installation of the support and hanger, it is only a simple assembly process, and no waste is produced.
3. The materials used for the protection of finished products shall be promptly and effectively recycled after the construction of the professional wall surface of civil engineering is completed.
4. The construction waste shall be cleaned up and disposed of in a timely manner to ensure environmental sanitation. It is forbidden to dump sewage anywhere.
5. Promote civilized construction on the construction site, establish and improve the management system for man-made noise control, and enhance the awareness of all construction personnel to prevent noise disturbance.
6. Finished product protection
1. When the components of the anti-seismic support are transported to the site, they should be stored in a dry room as much as possible, and the small components should be placed in order.
2. When the channel steel and suspenders are placed indoors, wooden strips or waterproof films should be placed on the ground.
3. When it has to be placed outdoors due to site constraints, the storage method is the same as indoors.
4. However, a layer of waterproof layer must be placed on the ground to prevent corrosion of seismic product components.
5. The stacking height should not be too high when the channel steel and rods are placed, and gloves should be worn when touching the fully threaded suspenders to prevent being scratched by the threads.
6. Grinding wheel saws should be used to cut channel steel and suspenders. When cutting channel steel with holes, it must be cut according to the scale marked on the channel steel to ensure the accuracy of subsequent installation.
7. In order to maintain the verticality of the channel steel section, for C-shaped channel steel, back cutting (opening facing downward) should be adopted.
8. When it is necessary to cut the channel steel or suspender, the iron filings adsorbed on the material should be removed.
9. It should also be ensured that the incision of the material should be deburred with a grinding wheel and sprayed with galvanizing agent to prevent the burr from hurting people and protect the anti-seismic support.
